Welcome to your community! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for all residents, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Noise & Conduct: Please be respectful of your neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during "Quiet Hours," which are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

• Common Areas: Keep hallways, entrances, and shared outdoor spaces free of personal items, trash, or obstructions to ensure safety and accessibility for all.

• Maintenance & Alterations: Please refrain from making any permanent alterations to your unit (including painting or hardware changes) without prior written consent from management.

• Waste Management: All trash must be disposed of properly in designated containers, and large items must be handled according to community policies provided at move-in.

• Safety & Compliance: Residents are responsible for ensuring that all smoke detectors are functional and that no fire hazards are created within the unit.

• Resident Responsibility: Any damage caused by residents or their guests beyond normal wear and tear is the financial responsibility of the resident.
